This website and its content are owned and operated by Bloc 44. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Bloc 44. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Product Information

All pieces are upcycled, reworked, or handmade garments and accessories. Each product is one-of-one or made in limited quantities, and variations, distressing, and imperfections are part of the design intent.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without notice. Payment is due in full at checkout through approved payment methods on our platform.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only, using USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Processing times vary by piece, as many items are made to order or reworked by hand.

Bloc 44 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once the carrier has taken possession of the package.

6. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Because of the handmade and reworked nature of our items, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review all product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, logos, and written content are the intellectual property of Bloc 44. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bloc 44 garments may include upcycled or decorative metal elements. Handle with care. Bloc 44 is not liable for injury resulting from improper use, modification, or handling of garments or accessories.

Bloc 44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Shipping

All orders ship from California via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing and shipment. Tracking information will be emailed once your order is fulfilled. Bloc 44 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after transfer to the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the one-of-one and handmade nature of our garments, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please double-check your order details before submitting.

If your order arrives damaged due to transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist case-by-case.

Product Care & Disclaimer

Each Bloc 44 garment is unique, reworked, and handcrafted from vintage or repurposed materials.
Variations in color, stitching, or wear are intentional.
